Terms and Conditions – Orders – Delivery
Order Processing:
Orders will be processed on the same work day of the order, up till 1pm, and should be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 1pm on a work day, will be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next work day.
Shipping:
Orders under R 500 will be charged R 99.00 shipping fee, and orders over R 500 will be shipped free of charge using standard door to door courier service. (Excluding PUDO Lockers)
We have added a PUDO Locker Pickup option for R 60.00 regardless of order total. This is for those choosing to collect from a PUDO Locker, when they cannot receive packages at home or at the office.
Outlying areas, and places where our selection of couriers do not deliver, might incur a surcharge. Please email hello@hobbylockpicking.co.za if you live in an outlying area. We are happy to discuss other shipping options to your location.
Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 5 work days with our door to door courier service and PUDO Lockers. To see how PUDO Lockers work, and if there are PUDO lockers in your area, please visit th PUDO website: (https://www.pudo.co.za)

Our products are for sale to adults over the age of 18 years old, for the use of opening locks for professional use, or as a hobby.
Hobby Lock Picking accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any property caused by use of the tools sold on our website.
We reserve the right to cancel orders without notice.
We will not honor orders with obvious errors or omisions. As stated above, by placing an order, you accept our terms and conditions.
Returns, Cancellation and refund policy:
Hobby Lock Picking has a 7 day money back guarantee on our products.
Items must be returned in new condition, in original packaging.
If you find any defective product, please contact us at hello@hobbylockpicking.co.za so that we can arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you, and to get the defective product back.
